We run classes four nights of the week, each class is designed to be an hour or two hours long. Classes run from; 17:30 - 18:30, 18:30 - 19:30, 18:30 - 20:30 on different days of the week.                        The days and hours of training are decided by age and ability. The children work towards the British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards twice a year.

Parents are invited to come and watch a training session each term. We hold a yearly "fun" club competition which is encouraged, but optional, for children to take part in.

Price per class is £5 an hour.
